I bought a 4gb memory stick pro duo and this adaptor came with it. How can I use it to put files on my memory stick from my computer? Do all laptops/computers have this slot? Thanks... 
No, old laptops don't have such PC card slots. The Memory Stick Duo should be inserted in the Memory Stick Duo Adapter and then it should go into the PC card slot or if not buy a card reader or just attach the USB cable its more efficient or use the Bluetooth in your laptop.
