Darjeeling tea and Earl Gray are two of the most popular black teas available to you. Because black tea are popular, widely available in the market and also cheaper than traditional green tea. In Japan and China, black tea is more commonly known as red tea. This type of tea can be prepared with hot or cold water. Whether hot or cold, black tea in general, will maintain its full-bodied flavor is more robust than tea green light texture. One of the best beers you can enjoy black tea is Darjeeling. This tea originated in India and is considered the best tea in the world. The Darjeeling produces a light bodied beer, but strong, with an equally strong floral aroma. Its liquor is generally lighter than any other type of black tea. Darjeeling tea has a musky flavor with a distinct spicy flavor. Most experts refer specific taste to this tea as muscatel flavor. Apart from its pungent taste, Darjeeling tea, may also show some of the attributes taste astringent. When you drink Darjeeling black tea, you will feel a fresh taste to be a little sweeter and lighter than the original drink.
Earl Gray tea on the other hand is technically not a variety of tea, but a mixture of tea. This combination was created by Count Charles Gray to step back in Britain the 1830s. It has become quite popular since then, due to its acidic and refreshing qualities. Earl Gray tea is basically a pure black tea blended with citrus and bergamot. The taste citrus tea gives it a refreshing taste while providing the sweetness of bergamot and orange tips. The Earl Gray is a perfect mix when prepared in hot water. However, you can also choose to prepare with ice water and add lemon flavor or honey. This tea is a favorite of the old days in the UK and the U.S.
There are other popular varieties of black tea like Lapsang Souchong tea and English breakfast. Lapsang Souchong tea pine has a very unique smoky flavor. Usually is served hot so you can enjoy the unique smoky flavor of fresh pine and musk. English breakfast tea on the other hand is another type of tea is blended with black tea as the main ingredient. In general, the processing of black tea leaves involves many hours of drying. After collecting the leaves are dried for 18 hours or more until all the moisture content has been removed. The leaves are processed to achieve the darkness and fired to stop oxidation. The final cooking process retains the flavor and the scent of the leaves.
The black tea is high in caffeine but is rich in flavonoids that is good for the heart. The Darjeeling and Earl Gray also show certain inflammatory properties and may help maintain normal blood sugar levels in the blood of an average adult. Most importantly, black tea is very tasty so each SIP would be very satisfactory.
