Changing faceplate, FULL HOUSING on BlackBerry Curve good idea?

Im thinking about getting a Blackberry Curve and I love the T Mobile has colors. And it would mess up my phone somehow?

I say go for it! I have a Blackberry Bold ATT and changed it all out .. I ordered a full measure of colorwarepc.com housing .. red frame with matte black back instead of the normal, normal leather again .. ordered then to a keyboard with red lettering instead of white letters and a red ball all .. off eBay .. fairly easy and straightforward as long as you have the appropriate tools and patience .. T5 screws should be what you'll need a T5 Torx screwdriver and adequate housing for the specific curve of his replacement.
