How can i get in great shape in a month?
I had 2 stress fractures and a shattered bone in my foot. I was out of sports for about 4 monthes. I got incredibly out of shape and now I've decided to try cross country again. I can run a 5k still - which is how far we have to run in a race, but not very fast. The season starts in a month.
Also, how can I wrap my foot to keep anything from happening to it while I'm running again.
You can't get in great shape in a month but if you can run a 5K now you can undoubtedly improve in a month. Wrapping your foot won't keep your weight from landing on it. I suggest you start doing whatever got you in shape in the first place and keep in mind that trying to do too much can bring about stress fractures.
