Good Seal
What is a good military-style field for a Junior in HS who wants to be a Navy SEAL?
Something like a summer camp or an activity type of training that could put their energy and get an idea of military life? It is a discipline problem, do not confuse this with the military academy:) — just a good, smart kid who is very driven by his goal of being a seal.
As suggested by others, the Young Marines is a good place to start. There is sites out there that give an overview of what is expected by a student of outbreaks. Ask him to start working out. Running, crunches, swimming, particularly resistance. The lightweight, nothing to get all muscled up. Have her start in the day word puzzles and Sudoku to keep your mind sharp.
