What is this speed that makes it so damn exciting? F1, the 100 meter sprint and Sonic the "Hedgehog fast" super … everything just seems so exciting. Sega Mega Drive Sonic 2D days follow being proclaimed as the best in the series with the first 3D version, Sonic Adventure on Dreamcast and Sega, to be considered the best game 3D for the franchise to date. The question is how would developers go with the last installment?
Sonic Team, who have been working on the franchise since the first version in 1991, have made clear that they are returning to its roots with 2D elements are incorporated into a 3D universe.
