Donkey Kong Country Returns
Last E3 was a key moment for Nintendo and its more immediate plans as Wii is concerned. Among the many pledges made to the successful home console had one that was particularly exciting. Donkey Kong back to the way that best gave the mid-nineties: the two-dimensional platform. From the hand of the monkey Retro Studios most famous video game industry had its moment of glory with Returns, which would become the fourth installment of the saga Country that taste as good left in Super Nintendo.
Despite the few times when the game was moved from its announcement until its official release, the truth is that the job of parents and Nintendo Metroid Prime had been simmering since 2008 when the Big N did recover one of its emblems of the golden age of the company. Shigeru Miyamoto wanted to Donkey not only as an actor, but that he intended to recover the trilogy that Rare designed with such care and today still maintains the playable brilliance which was attributed at the time. In this way they passed two different paths: the company left behind the three-dimensional adventure as Donkey Kong Samus returned to the platform, a place that never went from curious Jungle Beat. Even with the above 2.5D, a derivative of the classic side-scrolling platforms.
The result has already been seen, has been completely satisfactory. Since the first images became clear that the inspiration for the work they did at the time Rare was evident. And he had succeeded in giving effect to a formula for many years through the good offices of Retro Studios. The company founded by Jeff Spangenberg was crowned with the first two Metroid Prime and kept the guy with the closure of the trilogy. Bananas do not touch
The argument, a mere excuse, is based on bananas from Donkey Kong Island. A tribe of strange characters with hypnotic powers dominating the animals that live with the monkeys Donkey and Diddy. Diddy Kong appears to accompany him and together encetan cruise along the island sites. Destroy the enemies, break your hypnosis on animals and most importantly of all, to recover the bananas that are stealing indiscriminately.
From this moment, our only goal is to overcome the phases which make up the eight worlds of the island tribe infected malignant. In a very staged to New Super Mario Bros, the map will choose the level that we play. When we make it will open new paths to reach the boss of each world. Once completed, move on. Nor are there many options in what ways the game is referred to as the plumber, nor so many phases, but instead are much more replayable.
