He bought a U.S. PS3 game will be played in selling the PS3 in Mexico?

Well, I'm wondering if anyone can help me you can afford a PS3. I need to know If I buy a ps3 here in Mexico, then a used one purchase in the United States-ps3-game it.will work? or PS3 remains the landlocked region in terms of Blu-ray. here in Mexico, we use NTSC, for movies and etc, and I know that in America, but they also use the NTSC format as well. I wonder if it will work on a PlayStation 3 … Philippines oh ps3 is different here. There are black and 80 GB of 60 GB and 40 GB white … that's … any help there? really asking for it … PS3 game here in the Philippines reatails about P3, 500 +, almost the same as the cost of PSP games here. is more worthy than simply PS3 games bought in the U.S. it costs cheaper and use it on a PlayStation 3 units sold in Mexico?

Most PS3 games are region free, however, if a developer decides so, it crashes. The only game I know GTA IV is blocked. It will not work on SDTV if the game was bought in another region. This is important only for SDTVs, HDTVs run smoothly.
